Rextroy is back with a new crazy WoW video. This time he assembles an army of 300 NPCs with which he mixes up the horde in the Ardenwald. How this works and what it looks like, he shows in the following video. If you're thinking about trying this out, it's worth noting that the mechanics were already adjusted before the video was released. Rextroy always sends bug reports before the release of his videos.

In the world quest The Fallen Tree in the Arden Forest, you must free imprisoned Sylvar (Liberated Sylvar) from their prisons. The maximum number is actually four. But if you're in the raid, you can open the prisons as many times as you want and recruit as many Sylvar as you can free in four minutes - because after four minutes, the first NPCs will respawn.
Although you are not allowed to leave the area around the world quest with the Sylvar, you could beat up all players in war mode. Together, the NPCs do a lot of damage and can take a beating. In Rextroy's video he even recruits tanks to try and defeat the horde of Sylvar, but always without success.
In the end he and his colleague even try to let the two armies fight each other at the same time, which unfortunately doesn't quite work. So we don't get to see the battle of the Sylvar. Unfortunately it wasn't enough for a battle with a Horde raid either, because the sharding function didn't let enough Horde players into a shard. Bummer. It's still an epic sight - especially of the Sylvar flying army.
